Ahmed M. Jammal is the Chief Executive Attorney and Trial Attorney at Jammal Law Firm, APC, where he represents clients throughout California in complex plaintiff-side litigation with a primary focus on personal injury matters. Based in Newport Beach, Mr. Jammal has built a reputation for strategic, results-driven advocacy on behalf of individuals who have suffered injuries due to the negligence and misconduct of others. His practice includes a broad range of matters involving catastrophic personal injury, motor vehicle collisions, uninsured and underinsured motorist claims, medical malpractice, premises liability, and products liability.

Since being admitted to the State Bar of California in 2017, Mr. Jammal has handled cases through every stage of litigation — from pre-suit investigation and negotiation through discovery, motion practice, depositions, settlement negotiations, and trial. His litigation style is defined by meticulous preparation, strategic pressure, and a willingness to take difficult cases to court when necessary to maximize recovery for his clients.

Mr. Jammal has been recognized by his peers for his dedication to client advocacy and professional achievement. He was selected to Rising Stars from 2024 through 2026, an honor awarded to attorneys demonstrating a high degree of peer recognition and professional accomplishment. His work also contributed to recognition among the Top 50 Personal Injury Verdicts in California in 2021. In 2025, he was selected as an ABOTA Advanced Trial College Fellow through the American Board of Trial Advocates, reflecting his continued commitment to trial advocacy and courtroom excellence.

Before founding Jammal Law Firm, Mr. Jammal served as a Judicial Extern with the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Central District of California, where he gained experience in legal analysis, judicial procedure, and federal court practice. He also previously externed with Dentons Dacheng Law Offices in Beijing within the firm’s Capital Markets Department, where he gained exposure to international legal practice and cross-border corporate matters.

Mr. Jammal earned his Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from Whittier Law School, where he received a concentration in Business Law. During law school, he served as Managing Editor of the Whittier Law Review, was selected as a Fellow of the Center for International and Comparative Law, and received the Dean’s Merit Scholarship in recognition of his academic achievements. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Political Science and Government from University of California, Irvine.
